ASND, Inc offers a unique Foreclosure and Eviction delay service program. To find out if you qualify simply fax your NOTICE OF TRUSTEE SALE or 3 DAY NOTICE TO QUIT to (866) 798-4192 attention CUSTOMER SERVICE.

You may qualify if:

  • The Sale Date 30 Day or Less
  • Have Filed Bankruptcy, denied for a loan mod or a temporary restraining order lifted
  • Need more time to facilitate a short sale, regular sale or loan modification
  • If you are renting from a landlord or losing your home that you want to stay in

Requirements:

  • Must be in a Trustee State (We are currently servicing Az, CA and NV only)
  • Notice of Sale Must be Posted
  • Contract must be initiated 48 hours before sale date (some exceptions allowed)
  • After Service is rendered, transaction payment must be completed monthly

Client Does Not have to be:

  • On the Note, Title of Deed
  • Occupying the property

This service is available to clients with any lender in any state that uses a third party Trustee to facilitate the foreclosure sale. Therefore, it does not matter what lender or bank holds the note.
